Design
We will sit down with you at our very first meeting and establish the services that you require. We will then produce an initial quotation of these services. Upon formal appointment, we will produce technical drawings and documentation that can be disseminated to other stakeholders involved in your project. We are very much believers of ‘Proper planning prevents poor performance.’ We will also suggest ideas that will allow your project to grow in the future by running cables today.
Install
We take control of every aspect relating to our installation which ensures we deliver your project to our high standards.
Each project has it’s own project manager and all our engineers are full time members of staff. Our staff are highly trained and professional and will treat your property with the utmost respect.
Our systems are built in house, rigorously tested and then sent to site for final commissioning.
We will spend time training all members of the household.
After Care
We offer aftercare maintenance packages on all our projects which give you the peace of mind that we will be by your side as and when the technology encounters performance issues. With so many components requiring firmware updates, sometimes it can only take one manufacturer to update their program, that can cause issues further down the line. Rest assured we are here to support you on this. We can also takeover your existing system if your current provider is not delivering the experience you expect.
